When I finally got to the point where I was able to get myself to walk after dinner, I started to be able to hear my body tell me it wanted to move. Good, regular exercise is also helpful to people who have difficulty with sleeping. I find I sleep much better when I exercise regularly.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
